We Are Innovation Introduces Tetiana Rak as the New Chief Operations Officer
Warsaw, Poland (September 11, 2024) — We Are Innovation (WAI), a global network comprising over 45 think tanks, foundations, and NGOs, announced that Tetiana Rak, WAI’s Chief Communications Officer (CCO) who’s been serving the role since 2023, is transitioning to the position of Chief Operations Officer (COO). Her unique skills and expertise were crucial for WAI’s continued growth last year which makes her a perfect fit for her new role in promoting innovation and enhancing efforts in global advocacy.
Tania has eight years of experience in communications and project management, having previously worked with renowned media outlets, including CNN, TechCrunch, Fox News, the BBC, Radio Free Europe, NGOs, tech projects and venture businesses.
Her previous role as the CCO will be taken over by Beatriz Santos, the latest WAI asset with extensive journalism and communications experience.
The CEO of We Are Innovation, Federico N. Fernández, is confident that Tania will be successful in her new team role. “Tania’s tenure as CCO has been marked by magnificent accomplishments that have strengthened WAI’s position globally. As a COO, Tetiana Rak will be responsible for the organization’s growth, global presence and expansion, partnerships, and new initiatives, as well as strengthening the existing partnership relations and taking care of operational management.
Tetiana Rak shares, “I love everything that we do. In the last year, we experienced tremendous growth — we expanded to new continents and got around 20 new partners worldwide; we got new team members onboard, conducted amazing projects, and hosted multiple events online and offline.
