Paula Rabacov (BRA) is a lawyer and holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LL.M degree from University College London (UCL). She is a Policy Manager at Access Partnership. She works at the intersection of Law, Public Policy, and technology, working with companies to enable and optimize their participation in global markets and advising governments on how best to regulate existing and emerging markets technologies.
